What is Vendifys?
Vendifys is a storefront platform where your products are displayed inside a branded vending machine at vendifys.com/yourbrand.
How does checkout work?
Vendifys is the storefront, not the checkout. Your products are visible inside the machine. When a customer clicks “Buy Now”, they are redirected directly to your external checkout URL to pay. Vendifys does not hold funds or process payments.
Does my website live inside the machine?
No. Your machine is a standalone visual storefront. It links out to your website for checkout. Your website remains independent.
Does Vendifys take commission?
No. Subscription only. Zero commission on sales.
What is the banner network?
A network of physical digital banners where your machine and campaign videos can be displayed. Customers can scan and interact with your machine from the banner.
How do I add products to my vending machine?
Go to your store dashboard, click on the “Products” tab, and use the “Add Product” button. Upload product images, set prices, and assign them to slots in your machine.
How do I customize my vending machine appearance?
Use the “Design” tab in your dashboard to change colors, styles, animations, backgrounds, logos, and more. You can preview changes in real-time.
How do I receive payments?
Vendifys does not manage payments. When a customer clicks to purchase a product, they are sent directly to your personal payment link (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, or any payment URL you set up). All payments go straight to you — Vendifys never touches your money.
Are there transaction fees?
Vendifys charges no transaction fees whatsoever. You only pay your monthly subscription. Any fees charged are solely from your own payment provider (e.g. Stripe or PayPal).
What currencies are supported?
We support USD, EUR, GBP, AED, SAR, JPY, CNY, and INR for displaying product prices. Since payments go through your own payment links, the actual currency processing depends on your own payment provider.
How are orders fulfilled?
Vendifys does not manage orders or send notifications. You receive the customer’s information through your payment platform and handle fulfillment, communication, and shipping entirely on your own.
What image formats are supported?
We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats. For best results, use high-quality images (at least 800x800px) with transparent backgrounds where appropriate.
